“The decision to have a costume reveal at the end of my halftime show performance was made after final rehearsals… MTV was completely unaware of it. It was not my intention that it go as far as it did. I apologize to anyone offended ? including the audience, MTV, CBS and the NFL.” - Statement released by Janet just hours ago concerning the Super Bowl Halftime show.  She admitted what 99% of the general population already knew.  It was planned without the consent or knowledge of anyone at MTV, CBS or the NFL.  Well DUH. If the truth be known, Janet and Justin discussed the idea just minutes or hours prior to their “shocking” performance.
