Forget Regret (or About the Poet)...
...or Life is Yours to Miss. Anyone who knows me knows where that quote comes from and why it means so much. And there are many more where it came from.
When I set forth to put together this collection of poetry over three years ago, I did not know how much I would eventually learn about myself through the process. I have read each poem again and realized everything that has happened in my life. It is an amazing experience to start from the beginning with “the storm” and continue to the the recent writings. There are many emotions involved within these pages. Each poem represents some point in my life, some event I have experienced.
I hope you, as the reader, get something out of these poems also. They have a much deeper meaning than just what appears on the page. Sit back and read. Let them consume you and take you where they may. Let the emotions run free. And most of all, simply enjoy.
